Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

Every Customer who is also a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded at a distance within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the moment the Customer personally or through a third party authorized by him to receive the Goods, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods, in which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the last of the items or in which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the last part or piece, or at the moment you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the last part or piece.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, you must inform the Seller, Dawid Chwedoruk conducting business under the name "Skibi" Dawid Chwedoruk with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Łubinowa 4, postal code 03-878, (registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) under the NIP number: 5372658141, REGON: 388610611), by sending an unequivocal statement of will to withdraw from the agreement:

• in paper form to the Seller's address: ul. Łubinowa 4, 03-878 Warsaw,
• by electronic means to the address: info@oceanxpro.pl

The Customer may use the withdrawal form, which is Annex No. 1 to the Regulations of the online store. Using the form is not obligatory and does not constitute a condition for the proper withdrawal from the agreement by the Customer.

To meet the 14-day withdrawal period for a distance agreement, it is sufficient to send a statement of will to withdraw before the expiry of the indicated period.

Effects of Withdrawal from the Agreement

Withdrawal from the agreement by the Customer is equivalent to considering the agreement as not concluded, which releases the Customer from all obligations towards the Seller.

The Seller will refund the Customer all payments received from him, excluding the delivery costs incurred by the Customer. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed to a different method of refund, which does not involve any additional costs for him.

The online store will withhold the refund until it receives the Goods or the Customer provides proof of their return, in case the Seller is not obliged to personally collect the Goods.

The Customer is requested to return the Goods promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of submission of the statement of will to withdraw to the address of the online store: ul. Łubinowa 4, 03-878 Warsaw

The Customer is only required to bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.

The Consumer is only responsible for the reduction in value of the item resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
